Q: How did you get involved with Healing Touch for Animals®?
A: I was completing a Healing Touch Program course (for humans) with my provider when she suggested that I explore HTA after listening to all of the experiences that I have had with my own animals.
Q: How are you using HTA in your personal life?
A: I use HTA to help my animals through barriers or blocks that they have experienced in their lifetime. It has ranged from moving my herd, to dominance problems/behaviors, and relieving discomfort from traumatic injuries.
Q: What is your favorite HTA technique?
A: It is really hard to pick a favorite technique because we learn so much in class. I really appreciate the effects of Chakra Balance™ in my four-legged animals. This seems to really center them and calm down their nervous energy. My favorite though, is using and experiencing the miraculous effects of Trauma Release™. Specifically with one of my little lambs who had a broken bone, his shortened healing time was amazing. It was nice to be able to encourage better energy flow to grow and thrive.
Q: How do you stay engaged with your HTA practice and what tips would you give others to stay engaged?
A: Continually work on yourself as a practitioner. Study techniques, learn about animal anatomy (through HTA’s Animal Anatomy Simplified book), practice reading auras, and listen to your internal force. Make a point of meditating and grounding daily. It is hard to stay in a higher vibrational frequency as a practitioner if you’re not grounded.
Q: What has been the most rewarding part of HTA for you?
A: I have learned how to be a better listener to myself and my animals. It touches my heart so much to be able to hear and provide for them more clearly now. Animals do try to communicate with us. They try to communicate with everyone, but not everyone is able to listen. If we’re not grounded it is really hard to hear their messages. We are all here to help each other heal and grow.
